J'ai commandé le Cutelli 1928 après avoir tourné pendant des mois sur des grains industriels. La différence se sent dès la mouture. La crema est dense et tient bien dans la tasse.
En espresso, j'obtiens une longueur en bouche qui reste plusieurs minutes. Testé aussi en filtre : le résultat est plus léger, parfait le matin.
Le rapport qualité-prix est correct pour un grain de ce niveau. Je recommande.
J'ai l'impression de retrouver le café italien comme je l'aime, avec une légère sensation épaisse en bouche. Je recommande ce produit.
